installing cutenews
in order to use cutenews you need to ba able to use php include. cutenews only works with payed domain. it also works with a sub-domain that's hosted by a payed domain. like mines ;]. it does not work with free hosts like freewebs.
download and extract. (make sure you save your folder where you can find it easily.)
open your ftp account and upload your cutenews folder
(this may take a few minutes to upload..)
now that your folder is uploaded, click on it.
make sure you see these folders - data, inc, rte & skins.
there should be 4 folders including files.
right click on every folder and do this:

CHMOD it to 777 and press ok. ;]
go to yoursite.com/cutenews/index.php (replace yoursite with your site name, otherwise it wont work.)
if everything went well, you should see a greetings page and at the bottom it will say "Proceed Installation" click it, and make your cutenews account ;]
